More information about the gift or money voucher

• The condition for issuing the gift / money voucher is to pay 100% of the voucher value in advance.
• We will send you the gift voucher by e-mail or post after payment has been received.
• Notice for the recipient: we accept only vouchers in printed form!
• Only the services specified on the voucher can be used with the gift voucher.
• The money voucher can be redeemed only within one stay / adventure package / consumption, it cannot be redeemed in parts.
• Within one stay / adventure package / consumption, it is possible to use more money vouchers at the same time, their value is added up.
• If the value of the stay / adventure package / consumption is higher than the amount stated in the money voucher, the client must pay the difference.
• In case the client does not fully use the value of the gift voucher, the remaining amount is forfeited and is not paid back.
• Gift / money vouchers are valid for the duration indicated (max. 1 year).
• Gift vouchers purchased are non-refundable and must be used within the period of their validity. In case of loss, destruction or theft of vouchers, new ones are not issued.

The purchased gift voucher purchased does not guarantee a table reservation at the French Restaurant or at the spa and fitness center.
